Shipping & Delivery

Our delivery charges are based on standard Australia Post charges within Australia and overseas. Delivery charges take into account the weight and volume of your purchase, and the delivery destination. Your delivery charges are calculated and outlined at the Checkout phase of your purchase.

Privacy & Security

Missionpac understands the importance of your privacy. The information provided to us by you is used only for the purposes of forfilling your order, or answering any questions that you may have. We may also use your details for email communications between yourself and the company. At no time will Missionpac provide any of your details to a third party other than those required to comply with law, or required to protect the rights, or the safety of our business, other users, or others. This includes exchange of information for fraud protection, credit risk reduction, and law enforcement.

Credit Card Security

Missionpac's online credit card facility is hosted independantly by the National Australia Bank. Your Credit Card details are not stored by Missionpac, and cannot be accessed by Missionpac once your transaction has been successfully completed.

Returns and Replacement

Missionpac prides itself on the quality of its products. Missionpac products are warranted against manufacturing and material faults (excluding fair wear and tear). If a product is found to be faulty you should contact us via email to discuss the best cause of action to replace the item for you. Proof of purchase may be required.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products Missionpac does not accept refunds. Please ensure that the product that you are purchasing is the correct colour that you require and is suitable for the purpose for which you are going to use it. (Please see Returns and Replacement Policy for exchanging incorrect sizes.)

Ordering

To place an order with Missionpac simply locate the product that you require, select the size and quantity that you require, click on the "ADD TO CART" feature, and follow the prompts through the CHECKOUT proceedure. If you are experiencing difficulties please contact us directly via the email address under the "About Us" heading in the top menu. To delete an order simply type "0" into the quantity of each item. If you want to delete a whole order simply click on the Trash Bin icon to the right of each product in your Cart. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Prices for each product are clearly marked and include GST for purchases within Australia. The GST component is also clearly marked during the payment process. Payment can be made by Direct Deposit into our business bank account, Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only), or via PayPal. Promotions are clearly marked as such, and include any special conditions required. 

Viewing Orders

Orders can be view at any stage of the purchase process by clicking on the "MY CART" icon on the Left Hand menu. This will outline the products, quantities, prices and the total of your purchases. 

Updating Account Information

You can create your own personal account which enables you to log in and locate information about previous purchases, receive product information, special offers etc via email. Simply click on the "ACCOUNT" logo on the top menu and follow the prompts to enable your account.
